The Positively Menopausal way

My Positively Menopausal coaching plans support you in joining up the dots and filling in the missing pieces, giving you the knowledge and tools you need to regain control over your hormones, body, mind and emotions and rediscover all those missing aspects – plus discovering new parts of yourself that you hadn’t even realised were missing from your life!

We will cover nutritional guidance and support, recipe packs and ideas, self care strategies and support, fitness and flexibility in the form of workouts and yoga videos, emotional support, live online monthly group coaching calls plus a monthly 1:1 coaching session with myself. There will also be a host of guest specialists offering live video sessions in the private Facebook support group on diverse subjects such as HRT, periods and hormones, pelvic health, reflexology, hypopressives core training and lots more!

Programmes

8 week Positively Menopausal Reset Programme (£350)
A compassionate but thorough deep dive into all things menopause giving you the tools you need to make positive changes which includes an exclusive ebook for an anti-inflammatory foods and lifestyle protocol to reset the menopausal body and mind.

Monthly online group coaching calls plus 1:1 online coaching sessions with myself …plus access to a supportive private Facebook group with peer support from myself and other women on the programme, plus workout and yoga plans and videos and expert advise from specialists

Monthly membership option – (£30 per month)
This option is for women either not yet ready to take the plunge into the full program or for those who have completed the programme but wish to continue their journey and access to online group coaching from myself plus the peer support of the private Facebook group.
In addition you will receive a monthly recipe pack, workout and yoga videos plus lifestyle advice and support.

Positively Strong – (£60 per month)
This programme is for women who wish to focus on positive changes to their bodies with weight management, strength and muscle and bone health improvements.
You will receive online group and 1:1 coaching from myself plus a monthly recipe pack and a more specific diet and movement plan tailored to YOUR body and needs plus access to the private Facebook group.

I recommend moving onto this programme after completing either the 8 Week reset programme or being a monthly subscription member so that you have a foundation of lifestyle, diet and self care tools in your kit first!

VIP programme – in person or weekly online coaching sessions available (£60 per hour) – these can be in addition to any of the available programmes.
